Zor's assistant arms himself agains the Invid. (Robotech: The Graphic Novel)
According to one source, Zor had a Tirolian assistant onboard the SDF-1 that helped him with tasks. During the final mission onboard the ship, the assistant told Zor that the Robotech Masters had ordered them to move on to avoid the Invid. Zor insisted to stay on the planet to spread the Flower of Life secretly. He was killed, along with Zor, when the Invid found the base and began attacking. As part of his final mission, Zor sent his ship off without orders, sending it off secretly to the planet Earth. (Robotech: The Graphic Novel)
