Robotech: Return to Macross 3: Battle Lines is the third issue of Robotech: Return To Macross, released in 1993.
Plot summary[]
Breetai battles the Invid and Khyron's Botoru Battalion arrives to save them. On Macross Island Roy tests the Veritech Prototype to prepare for an upcoming demonstration but Edwards and Wilbur are planning to destroy the Prototype during the demonstration to shake the people's confidence in using Alien Technology, as well as taking out Roy and using the incident as a distraction to sneak inside the SDF-1. Roy goes on a date with Nadia and they talk of their pasts and the next day, the demonstration begins.
