Robotech: Clone 1: The Dialect of Duality Part 2 is an Academy Comics issue, the first part of the Clone storyline featuring Dr. Gilles Vaudell and the SDF-Mordecai in the Andromeda Galaxy.

Plot[]

Gilles Vaudell finds Demont has left the SDF-Mordecai to the 6th planet in the Solar System by Captain Faulkner. On the planet, Monte Cerros Baux assumes a humanoid forme and realizes she's not in Pakalla but the Expanding Universe and as Humans are Non Post Linear, they can't see things in the Future Tense and can't understand the potential of Protoculture. If they can't be recorded, she will slay them with the Expanding Universe. On the SDF-Mordecai, Gilles has Rueis removed from duty for having emotional issues such as a nervous breakdown a month ago. Rueis says he's having issues with being Chronologically 40 but looks and feels 20 due to the Xalon Process. Gilles, Sabrina and Loweth go to the planet surface and Giles wonders why everyone is going unbalanced, but then Baux speeds past them and impacts with the leg of the SDF-Mordecai and gets onboard. Giles and his team go Radio Silent as Faulkner deals with the intruder. On the ship, Baux is greeted by a Spider that says she knows how the Universe Ends like Baux and how her Protoculture will being about the end. On the planet, the team finds Demont in a coma.
